The Care Force One Clinic van will be at Graves from 8:30-3:00 (they will be closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00 pm) on Monday, August 29th to administer the Tdap shot. The Tdap is required for students from grades 7-12 this fall. The Tdap shot is free for students who qualify (Medi Cal, Healthy Families without medical insurance) and costs $30 for students who do not qualify for free immunization (limited quantity). Please keep your proof of immunization and show it to your school health clerk or school secretary as part of your registration process this fall.
